Print runs are falling, very different sizes and book thickness' are required short-term. The quality requirements on coated covers, full-surface printed and scratch-sensitive materials are increasing. Shorter and shorter changeover cycles necessitate new, customised in-line designs.

The trim-tec 75i sets a new performance class.

The high-performance three-knife trimmer can be integrated into the central communication and control systems of a Wohlenberg perfect binding line on the modular principle, but can also be used as an off-line machine.

The sturdy and robust design ensures vibration-free and quiet running. The low level, clear designs of the well-designed structure which takes technical safety and high functionality into account are the external characteristics of modern machine construction.

We focus the processing quality on the simultaneous trimming of several products, because what is important is the number of items and not the number of cycles. The trim-tec 75i has a distortion-resistant machine body cast from one piece and, like all of our machines, will therefore provide many years of constant trimming quality. Dynamic AC servo motors minimise the mechanical stress of entire modules.

The result: durable trimming quality, fewer changes of blade, less maintenance, less noise and less energy consumption.
