Champion s - A new Generation

The Champion s is a multipurpose Perfect binder, featuring cold-glue, hotmelt, and PUR as well as HF drying facilities for the manufacture of brochures and bookblocks.

An attractive machine concept, satisfying any requirement of adhesive binding technology and meeting top quality standards. Findings and information gained from the evaluation of application-related factors and customer requirements with a view to operational convenience and product quality have been incorporated into the design of the new adhesive binder Champion s, which now offers you the most cost-effective book binding solution.

The secret of the Champion s, available as stand-alone machine or inline perfect binder, lies in the configuration of stations for brochure and bookblock processing or for combined binding techniques such as Swiss brochure, Otabind, or Eurobind brochure. Thanks to its modular design, the system is flexible enough for customized solutions, and capable of being upgraded by compatible processing modules at a later stage, thus making the Champion s the most versatile perfect binder in its performance class. The core of the Perfect binder is the coated clamping carriage system with 0 - 90 mm central adjustment, ball-bearing double guides, a sophisticated unlocking mechanism for an easier opening of the clamping carriage and the possibility of setting the product protrusion from 8 -15 mm. Lift-up safety covers combine high safety standards with optimized operational convenience.
