The Master s is an
universal perfect binder equipped to carry out the coldglue, hotmelt
and polyurethane binding of brochures and books. You
will be impressed by the optimal configuration of all processing
stations of this perfect binder, ensuring that the essentials of
cost-effective production are met even when fairly small print runs
are required.
This perfect binder
is available as an offline machine or an in-line machine and can
be connected to the Wohlenberg Sprinter 7010 and Sprinter 7011.
All modern
perfect binding techniques can be implemented with this system.
Connection to cover folder feeder "CFF" using the innovative drive
technology, the shaft-less drive, is a particular advantage. The
coated clamping carriage system has central adjustment of up to
50 mm and is guided accurately as a result of the double ball bearings.
Keep-set unlocking
technology for easy opening of the clamping carriage and the possible
8 -15 mm adjustment of the product hangout are particularly noteworthy
features.
