With the new Quickbinder, Wohlenberg presents a new generation of perfect binders in the lower performance segment. With the Quickbinder, Wohlenberg aims both at the expanding small business planning to take up quality perfect binding and at the large industrial book binder that will use this machine for the production of complex, high-quality samples and medium runs.

Despite its low overall height - it is only 3,7 meters long and 1,4 meters wide, the Quickbinder combines all of the features of a large perfect binder in its compact, integral body and frame. The Quickbinder thus not only supports production with all the gluing methods (hotmelt, dispersion and PUR), but is also able to produce folding brochures in one operation.

Excellent binding quality is guaranteed by a high-quality spine preparation station with the newly developed multi-tooth head and dust extraction - technology from the Champion. With a format range of DIN A6 to DIN A6 (DIN A4 landscape) and a maximum block thickness of 70 mm, the Quickbinder can be used for almost all conceivable production jobs.

A further outstanding feature of the Quickbinder is fully motorised control of all functions for setting block thickness and cover format; a feature that is probably unique in this performance class. In the combination of motorised movement and new, graphically interactive control system NAVIGATOR, the Quickbinder is consequently not only easy to operate but also very economic.
